Hearts of Gold is partnered with Kids’ Food Basket this year to help in the fight of childhood hunger. The Hearts of Gold football game is on Friday, Sept. 22 at 7pm.

Hearts of Gold t-shirts are being sold at the high school football games as well as all of the elementary schools, middle school, and high school during lunch hours and after school.

On Monday morning the Hearts of Gold board was interviewed on I-Heart Radio. Kate MacKeigan ‘19, a representative on the Hearts of Gold board for the junior class, was at the interview.

“It was really awesome because we were able to spread the word about Hearts of Gold and Kids’ Food Basket to other people outside of our very own community,” MacKeigan said, “and hopefully were able to make a difference in someone’s day by doing it.”
