Rosa Parks Circle is a family favorite for many, and it’s annual transformation into an ice skating rink serves as a great activity for all ages. Renting a pair of ice skates and gliding under the twinkling lights can make any night magical, not to mention grabbing a warm cup of hot chocolate that makes even the coldest weather seem bearable.
Another annual upcoming event is Grand Rapids Ballet’s The Nutcracker opening Friday, Dec 14 at Devos Performing Hall. This ballet, accompanied by live music from Grand Rapids Symphony is guaranteed to get the audience in the holiday spirit.

Held at 20 Monroe Live on Dec 8, wizards, witches, and muggles alike can enjoy butterbeer, the photobooth, and entertainment from Harry and the Potters and Desmond Jones.
