“Quarantine has definitely affected me mentally. I’m a very extroverted person and I get a lot of my energy from seeing people and having conversations with them even if it’s short or a quick passing by ‘hello!’. It has definitely been hard to be stuck with not very many and the same people all the time. I do have to laugh at myself sometimes because I catch myself lighting up even if I say hello to a complete stranger in the grocery store. The one thing that I have really been enjoying in quarantine is that I get to go to the barn and ride a whole lot more than I did when we were in actual school. It’s nice because I can get a lot of quality practice time and conditioning in before the big show season which starts this summer.”
